~netojoy:*****. Incompetent staff. Paid $*** which MetLife accepted and cashed. Applied for a crown during $*** coverage period and was denied * times. They had me in the wrong option plan. Now, whose fault was that? All of this is documented (writing*recording). Finally, the dentist was contacted by MetLife's rep and said that the crown was indeed covered. Now, the $*** month's coverage is gone. The dentist put on the crown and now MetLife says the crown was NOT put on in a timely manner. Of course, I canceled my coverage...what...would you pay $*** again? Now, they want $*** because my dentist put on the crown which they twice denied ...idiots.
