~HATEMETLIFEMOGEL:As an employee of a Dental Office, that calls and deals with Insurance claims, benefits and general questions all day, I can honestly say that METLIFE is hands down the worst company. The automated system is useless and doesn't help. When trying to get a representative you might as well drive down to the metlife office yourself because it will take forever to get to a human and when you do they are rude, don't speak English, and unhelpful. I think metlife is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. sincerely, *Office Manager.
