~Kathy:Website is worthless. Asked for a call back on * occasions with no response. Call you *** number which is a recording. Apparently, you are not Dedicated to Customer service and your return policy is illegal. No wonder you get away with terrible service because no will take your call and the store has supervisors who only will give you set answer and have no ability to assists the customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at Menards, but will never spend another dollar. I need to speak with a supervisor immediately. ***-***-****. Kathy
