~crisco:Very dissatisfied with quality of stainless steel after owning for * weeks. Called the *** * and spoke with a rep after ** minutes in the "que" to see what could be done. Small jar of capers (* oz. fell from the Refrigerator and fell on the bottom freezer door, leaving a creased dent in the top of the freezer door. The crease shows on the front of the freezer door when both doors are closed. I was told this was a use & care issue and is not covered by warranty. Mind you this item was * weeks old. I am one that takes care of my home items very carefully and this was an accident, but I feel the Stainless Quality or workmanship is defective. I feel that a * oz small jar caused that type of damage, what would a larger jar*can or dish cause. I feel the structure under the stainless (and possibly the stainless steel) is inferior, based on poor workmanship. I preceded to speak to a Manager who was nice but told me I need to take responsibility for my actions. I said co
