~Dawn:while I do not personally own one of these products, my company does and while trying to obtain an owner's manual that should be on site, I was led to two different websites to download the manual. However, the sites only offer a parts manual and an installation manual, NOT an owner's manual. So, I call back only to get told that I need to contact the place of purchase. This machine has been on site a while and I have no idea where it was purchased. Wouldn't you think the Maytag company would have these things? Apparently, according to customer service, commercial products are handled differently, wouldn't ya know. With this experience, I will not buy their products for my own personal use after this.
