~UNHAPPY:I was told I couldn't get a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Linda, the lady who was "helping" me, told me it wouldn't do any good b*c they would tell me the same thing. I still opted to talk to one. Linda put me on hold, even came back on about three minutes later and said a supervisor was available and she was connecting me now. I waited ** minutes to talk to someone. I finally hung up. Called the corporate office and got much of the same customer service...receptionist was snotty and quick to get me off her line. I would not use this site or recommend anyone use it if they ever think they will need customer service anytime during their subscription.
