~Christmas：Only * * this company that u can actually speak w someone & they can't assist u w anything, but billing. Really?! Not even a supervisor is avail * speak w. Believe me I tried! After ** min of circles bc I was relentless. She, Claridal hung up on me. My parents have canceled MagicJack services after * years bc of ALL the internet problems & as their daughter I'm finding that when their power goes o so does the phone line.No dial tone even after the power has been restored. They have * wait for someone from Magic Jack * come * their house. My parents r seniorcitizen & a "LAND LINE" is *critical when there is any kind of Emergency & waiting * days for them * come o is not acceptable!! This whole system is unacceptable!! Not with the savings.
