GetHuman-372979：I decided to buy a brand new **** jack in Canada. I moved to Mexico with it and registered it got a number paid for it and then it failed. They will not replace it in Florida. I was pretty upset I reported them to BBB. Meantime a friend of mine had a **** jack he had it registered but never used it much so I decided I would get a Canadian number on it (bought the jack from him) but then it started they would not accept my card(or at least their system did not) after many tries with Help they decided I could not do it. They told me this was sometimes a minor problem their system had with a few cards OH YE they then asked if I could get a friend with US address to purchase the Canadian number. I got my friend to do this and it finally worked. Now I want to add * years and they have frozen my account (they say it's under review). I am amazed it should be them that is under review by the government. The Jack works good but what a hassle after * full days. Glad I am retired.
