They stated that the store was incorrect in its assessment. I asked why I paid for premium shipping. After more discussion about how wrong the store was, I asked if they represented Macy's regardless, she said yes they did, and I stated that blaming a store for a practice that is a Macy's process makes this line of discussion a non issue. While it is just one thing that was ordered it was for my daughter to attend an orientation on Tuesday. If they were not going to provide as stated, they should not have taken my money. I am very disappointed in Macy's and their customer service.
