~VanKL:Hung-up on twice**Second rep did let me speak to a supervisor when I asked and hung up right after I requested his employee ID.**Escalation Team did take care of my RMA request, but did nothing about the horrible service.**Sent a email to ARM Customer Care Manager Anoop Mehta. Explained what transpired gave him a deadline to reply back and never heard anything from him.*According to BBB website he is the Customer Contact should there be any problems.**So I guess we should take it that Logitech condones this type of behavior by their support reps
