~worried:Lifelock appeared to work well the first year and the second year they billed automatically and I never received the credit reports. My info did not change. Then the supervisor told me they ordered them twice and I still don't have them. I am concerned that this info can be floating around out there. They also say they contact you when the retail credit cannot eb opened in the store, but I tried that and I received no communication to verify it was me. Now I have to take the ID alerts off myself by calling all three credit bureaus. I cancelled the service. Anyone can make a mistake but they can't tell me what is going wrong...not good in the "security" business.
