~MrP:I've been going here every six months for years, and have noticed that turnover is high and the quality of employees has deteriorated steadily over time. First they were super-efficient and jovial, then then quite competent with neutral dispositions, then pretty good overall, then just OK, and the current crop is lazy and sullen. Maybe they aren't paid enough, but an hour wait just for the intake interview (with just two people ahead of me) is absurd. I won't be back.
