~M.:A request for a GC*MS confirmatory drug test was submitted for my urine sample on Friday, January **, ****. The website states that results from this test are expected in **-** hours. I called during the following week throughout this period and was told either **-** hours or *-* business days, depending on who I talked to. Today is the *th business day and it is now over and I have still not received my results. I called three times today and only when I called at *:**pm (** minutes prior to close) did someone tell me that the GC*MS tests take longer, but could not tell me how long. I've been consistenly lied to and no one will give me a straight answer. Ridiculous.
