~Lulumama:The person I spoke to me did not seem completely engaged with me. Perhaps she was texting or talking to someone else at the same time. Supposedly, Kohler stands behind their products* however, before she even asked me how old the product was, she indicated that it would not be covered under warranty. I was not and am not impressed. I probably will not ever purchase Kohler products again. I purchased Kohler because of their "replacement guarantee," which, apparently, does not exist. It's very nice stuff, though. I got my question answered, but it was very difficult, and I did not like the answer.
