She was very clear and precise in her explanation, and had great patience with us. We had replaced a seal, but the toilet kept running. She had us remove the fill valve, and clean it out, and it worked perfectly. She was so patient, kind, and had a really great personality. It was actually enjoyable fixing our problem!
