~MaryLou:Kmart.com seems to only have one customer service rep, as I received the same woman I every time I called. This is not necessarily a complaint because I only had a wait for *-* mins, it is just a bit sad that this is what Kmart has come to, they obviously are not getting many online orders so they don't need to staff many reps. I'm glad I was able to get a rep quickly, but their system*policy *****. Customers should be able to change the shipping name on an order or cancel orders before it is processed, as several of Kmart's competitors allow this, or they should at least let this be known on their website before customers submit orders. Instead of keeping up with the competition or rising above the competition they are falling behind and losing customers.
