~GJMSong:NO ONE EVER RESPONDED.*Rec'd JetBlue email saying TSA now requires that profile information must match *exactly* our photo i.d.'s. I rarely use my middle name (Jane), so I went on line to add it, since it is on my D*L and passport. There you can 'easily' change anything EXCEPT your name. A popup said to phone for that* I did. And waited many minutes for an agent, who said I needed to talk with JB's True Blue dept. for name change, and I was transferred. That was about *:**PM. *** minutes later --by *:** PM -- NO ONE ever picked up. During that entire time, I was forced to listen to annoying music and canned messages saying every so often that my "expected wait time" was **, **, **, **, **, **, **, **, **, ** minutes. Probably the worst waiting experience ever, especially in that it resulted in nothing done.
