In fact, the plane was there and loaded with passengers by **:**pm...so there should not have been a problem at all. Very*conveniently, they lied to passengers by making up the "weather" excuse to get out of providing any compensation: meal, hotel, coffee???! Passengers were stuck in the airport all night.**This is about as bad as it gets when providing for customers! I asked them to prove it! Prove there was a storm anywhere on the route, prove the airplane did not arrive at JFK with enough time to still get to Jacksonville, prove that there was anything that necessitated this, prove that all other airlines were grounded for weather (especially those with similar flight patterns which all seemed to be able to taake off on time by the way), prove that they have the great customer service they boast so freely everywhere.**It was canceled for
