Despite all the complaints via phone JEA have not done anything to repair the problem and still sending us bills with ridiculous amounts of water consumption.**We are going to complain to every possible newspaper to expose this scam on the part of JEA - Jacksonville Electric Authority running a scam on Jacksonville residents.
