I asked for someone else to talk with - that didn't happen. Finally got satisfaction - we'll pay the amount due, minus the interest and fee tomorrow. If you check our account, you will find that we pay the credit card off each month. That will no longer be a problem as I will never again use JCP again, certainly not using the internet. I am one unhappy customer. I am also a "former" customer. Thought that the reorganization would be a good thing. Guess not!
