Finally I got a live person who gave me a "case number" and said someone would call back by the end of the day to schedule a pick-up. That was two weeks ago. Today I've called * times and each time after selecting the right menu option, the phone just hangs up. Tried the ** trick on this site and got the same result. Ikea is a good store but NEVER EVER order something by phone!!! If I can't get through the next time, I'm going to stop the credit card payment and force them to call me. My advice - just don't order by phone ever.
