Besides, it took the rep. tons of time to find my order (before I gave a large number of calls). Still, I'd say that their attitude is good, so I can accept that even if I might consider twice whether I should shop in IKEA. It's at least better than an arrogant dude yelling at you to the face. Some advice -- call them earlier in the morning, and expect additional ten minutes of waiting while they process the request (after they answer to the call).
