Prompt, friendly, you're talking to actual Hughes net employees, etc. But when I called with a technical issue, I spoke to * different people that I assume aren't even in the country that are probably taking calls for ** other companies, and therefore don't actually have any specific information to give you. The *rd person I spoke with, Meil, I talked to for literally ** minutes- during that time, in which she was not only unhelpful but rude, I asked to speak to a manager AT LEAST ** times, and was constantly put off. She told me she could neither give me an estimate nor the direct information for the installer until I placed an order* when i asked her to change a time, she said it was impossible even though she'd just told me that I could cancel the order at any time. When I asked to cancel it, she said that was also impossible. When I finally insisted, the call was cut off (like it had been the first * times, as
