~Janet P:Our Hughsnet HT**** modem has been "DEAD" since June *, **** but when the account reset on June *, **** all **.* GB bleed from our account in * and half days....funny part, computers were turned off and router was not even connected.....but the CSR (reading from her Q-cards) kept saying "that even though the modem was DEAD and the router was turned off the system can still consume data".....Right!! NOT!!! She did restore the **GB but I can't access it....She said wait five to ten minutes....not sure what for!!! Modem is still dead and router is still not connected as there is nothing for it to connect to.....
