~IMH Opinion:Initially I called to cancel service because during the trial period we lost connection. The first rep told me it would cost $*** to realign the dish. I said, "No way will I pay $*** every month to have someone come re-align my dish". After talking with account management, they offered a **-day extension to my trial period and free re-setting of my dish. If we lose connection again before the trial period is over then I can still cancel without termination fees. I figured that would give a very fair trial of their system. I'll give another update if the system loses connection again.
