So the guy I just spoke to was really helpful and solved my issue in the best way, but there was this moment when the phone didn't work and I could hear him perfectly but he couldn't hear me. So he started talking in Spanish with his buddies and then yelling "F U!!!!" really loudly into the phone. Idk what his deal is and what's wrong with their phone but i didn't need to hear that first thing in the morning.
