~Anon:If you like paying fees for EVERY transaction you make, then by all means, use their card. Otherwise, have your refund directed to your personal bank account or request a paper check. You are NOT forced to use them for your banking provider! I contacted them regarding a fee (imagine that?!) for an "international transaction", waited on hold ** mins and was disconnected. I was not aware that a company in Illinois was considered "international". All I see is a company blatantly and obviously taking advantage of the fact that many college students don't pay attention to anything other than their current balance available.
