~J H in SoCal:Anyone that posts the comment "just press * and you can speak to a rep" is lying and posting BS. They probably work for Higher One. On ANY Higher One * I called, after pressing "*" three seperate times, the recording says "Thank you for calling Higher One" and then disconnects. I'm trying to get my * off their call list because my nephew no longer lives here and they won't STOP CALLING after repeatedly telling them this and asking them to stop calling. God forbid if I was an actual customer. This company is a ******* JOKE!!!
