I tried to discuss this matter with the general manager* Susan Griffin and she was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. This has been by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered at a hotel. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn or any other Hampton Inn again. Do not stay at Hampton Inn, Adel GA unless you want bed bugs or unprofessionalism!
