GetHuman-13505:Hampton customer service don't care about their customers. I called to see my options for canceling one night due to a last minute work schedule change. They gave me options yes, for that moment* but ended ******** my credit card. They cancel my whole reservation and did completely opposite of what I was told. Ended paying twice for one room and nobody wanted to take responsibility, nor reimburse my money. That's how Hampton inn works, taking peoples money.
