~J:While I applaud GetHuman.com for providing this number and therefore an expedient method of speaking to an agent, sadly hp falls very short with its customer service. **My agent barely spoke english, he had a very thick middle eastern accent and it was difficult to understand him and he made me repeat myself several times. **Furthermore, I actually work in tech support, and the agent with whom I spoke did not seem to know much about the product. Every time I asked a troubleshooting question, I was put on hold while he "retrieved" the answer (mostly the wrong answer) from what I assume is some CST manual. His terminology was unprofessional, his experience was nonexistent, and he was unable to tell me anything I didn't already know. **I have to give hp customer service a stark thumbs down. Employ agents who know tech support!
