~TheTelford3：On **** I posted a complaint regarding my C*** Photosmart Printer. On **** I rec'd a call from "Art" @ *-***-***-**** ext. **. Discussed problem with him, told him I was fed up with HP and with the printer--It was junk. Art told me he could send me, via e-mail, an E-Coupon for $*** which I could use online to purchase another computer. Art was so nice and I appreciated him calling so much that I decided to take him up on the offer and buy another HP printer. He said he could have the coupon sent to my e-mail in about a half hour. I waited all day but no coupon. This is Monday, I have checked my e-mail and nothing is there. I called the phone * Art gave me and held on for ** min then hung up. I read some (many) reports of complaints about this number and I Now believe it is a scam. So, since I need a printer and am going shopping for anything but a HP.
