GetHuman-399752:HP sent me a replacement printer with incoherent packing instructions so I had to take my printer to Fed Ex to send it back and pay them to pack it. Then I spent three *or four hours on the phone with technical support people and kept getting an error message when I faxed and the tech person said the printer wasn't working. He was tech savvy but wasn't sure what the problem with the fax was and told me to contact AT&T to see if the printer was compatible with my phone system so I waited at home for a visit from AT&T. The AT&T technician said the problem was not the phone system so I am back at square one after wasting almost four hours trying to set up the fax. The bottom line is: don't buy a printer from*HP unless you want to waste your time on the phone fixing incorrectly programed products and technicians who can't solve the problems with their products.
