Even still, when I arrived I had to wait an additional ** minutes for the preparer to gather documents required for filing. When filing, these issues arose.**) STRIKE ONE: The preparer did not understand how to report my educational credits and asked me to return that afternoon for a second appointment. (This should've been reason enough for me not to trust H&R Block - the expert wasn't at all an "expert.") **) STRIKE TWO: The filing fee, as a student, with no (what I perceived to be) complicated deductions was $***.**.**) STRIKE THREE: When I returned, the accountant was incredibly unprofessional and rude, stating that she had "others waiting" and hinted that I should rush through remaining paperwork.
