~Jon:I had an appointment for *pm. Arrived at *:**pm only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. After the confusion was cleared up and a **min wait I was helped. Helped is a very generous description because the person preparing my return had less knowledge in the Tax Code then I do. During the process I found several errors and brought to the preparers attention. Needless to say I will have to review for accuracy. Not money well spent.
