~Dev33：Greyhound has some serious issues with customer service. I tried * different times to reach someone who could tell me whether the bus was on time and, if not, how long would the wait be. I was constantly referred to the bus terminal for that information, and they were closed! Horrible customer service and horrible at keeping customers informed about bus times and delays!!! I will never use Greyhound again!
