GetHuman-231818:The customer service representative was horrible. She placed me on hold * different times. She burst out laughing -- loudly -- in my ear, apparently at something one of her co-workers said and would periodically starting singing "la, la, la, la, la" into the phone. I was a horrible experience and I can't understand WHY this business would allow someone to behave in this manner to customers. BTW, this was my second attempt at getting service. The first time, I completed an appointment request online. Foolish me. No one ever showed up on the appt date*time. We'll see what happens now that I've made an appt with a human albeit a rude one.
