~chris2354:I called shortly after they opened and on a Wednesday. The phone I received was for my new service is defective(i.e. does not hold a charge). Humorously, the rep offered to send me a new charger! No, no, no, I said. I already tried a second charger. She said okay and now they are going to send me a new battery. This might be a waste of time as it could be the phone itself. Anyway, she said she would extend my free trial. I have one wait *-* weeks for the battery.
