~Pissed Off:The Fitbit Flex is GARBAGE. The customer service is Garbage. It is based in Asia and the connection was so poor that I spent OVER TEN minutes trying to explain my email address. I got it for Christmas and it has stopped working * times and I just put it on * weeks ago. The tech support number is out of service and I had to call several other numbers that didn't work before I was able to find one that worked. This is company *****! I should have kept my $* pedometer, at least that worked everyday.
