~msta:i was put on hold and the guy i spoke with couldn't tell me what was going on and why i couldn't get everything working correctly he was asking all sorts of questions as far as what type of phone i had as well as software system. now i don't know anything about software i leave that up to my husband to figure out but i believe we should be told why something isn't work correctly. other than that Joseph seemed to be a nice guy
