~johnny:I call to make a payment on my friends account and was refused the payment because I didn't know the account holders *-digit s.s *. I was not asked for any other information. I am appalled of the service even when I stated I have the customer account * and the customer Number billing address and birthday but S.S.* is personal information. The account holders name is Ricky Sosa whom could be reached at ************ my name is Johnny Roldan my * is ************ I would like this problem to be rectified so that payments could be made on a timely basis. your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated. Staff should be trained on proper customer service. A bad exp. for a customer is not escalated by arguing or calling a client a liar. If payment is not received by the ******* it would be added late fees not because the customer refused to pay but really because the company is refusing the payment.**Sincerely yours**Ricky Sosa and Johnny Roldan
