They hold on to the properties for their investor clients and get kickbacks under the table to sell it to them versus a hard working American man that has helped to build this country only to find out he is at the back of the line when it comes to purchasing a property that he not only likes, but is presently renting...Wouldnt you think it would make sense to sell to the guy who already is in it and furnished the place??
