I tried to discuss a money saving option for high speed internet for my weekend home in upstate new york and was given the preposterous price of $** plus tax for phone and internet, way higher than what I would pay in New York City. The salesman was rude dismissive and entirely uninterested in working with me on a better solution or price. It's **** and there is a lot of competition out there. Perhaps the most astonishing thing was that the salesman told me I was being recorded. Hopefully the powers that be will take a long hard listen and learn from it. Customers first (never more so than when you are seeking to purchase a new product -- always. I can do better. Much better!
