~Peg875:SMaLL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS LOOK ELSEWHERE !!! Rating F*..**Not my first experience with trying to get help from the customer service department. Each experience just gets worst. This particular issue happened a few weeks ago where one of my biz lines was jammed. The line rang all day, I called to have the tech fix it but it would take a week to get someone out. It's funny how the company can shut down the lines remotely but can't reset from the same remote when you need it too. I requested to cancel the line because it was a spare line for the office not my main number. Try listening to a phone ring all day- urggggg. Well, to say the least they neglected to shut it down. It was over a holiday -gave them a few more days and called again. Albert in customer service is a real gem. **Albert is just another example of what's wrong with this company. He refused to help as he explained it "THEY DONT KEEP NOTES OF YOUR ORDER. He was as Helpful as a chimpanzee ,, he can answer the phon
