They don't tell you that you have to have a credit card on file so our second prescription was placed on hold due to the first bill, which we just received prior to the holidays. Now a week out from being out of meds they won't expedite the new prescription, and didn't even take the information for another order I needed to place. *Poor communications, the phone rang for * minutes before disconnecting me to speak with someone that claims they can't hear me. I work from home two days a week so it's not my phone.**No answers, poor service, poor training - POOR!!
