~BillH:It took forever to get someone to answer, and also who did answer spoke with a broken English accent, I had to repeat myself *-* times on almost every question, Was treated like I was a dummy even when I told the person I had more Knowledge than your average every day person. Now I have to get a *RD Replacement Printer the XP-*** with a bad Document feeder. When someone at the home office should have checked the *nd Printer to make sure the Document feeder was working. This was the most unhappy experience I have ever had with a Computer Technology Company!!! After this experience I do not think I will ever buy another EPSON, nope I think NOT!!!!!!
