We are told to be patient and wait and are then subsequently ignored for weeks until we call them again. They keep moving the expected date of resolution back further and further. When you get an individual on the phone, they are professional and understanding. The impression I get is they are the poor guys that have to listen to angry customers and they have been given zero tools to help deal with the issues at hand. I feel bad for them.
