~fi:I had multiple issues, and the rep juggled them perfectly. When he wasn't entirely sure how to fix one of the issues, he put me on hold for about * minutes to go talk to his supervisor, then got back on the line with me, which was really awesome because I didn't have to take up more time re-explaining my situation to someone new. The guy was polite, smart and spoke clearly. Only drawback was the background noise but it still wasn't too terribly bad.
