~gaaack：Heaven help anyone who tries to CHANGE anything with their residential account. All I did was move down the street. Literally. You would think it was to the far side of the moon the way Earthlink has been acting for the last six months - yes, six months. We have run the gamut from trying to cancel the service to putting me on dial-up (I had DSL), to a much higher priced plan, you name it, and every time having to try and sort it out with absolutely clueless customer "service" reps in India or wherever they are, every one of who always assures me that THIS time they have it fixed. Until the next bill comes ...
