CS person told me to "just keep trying and maybe it will work" ! Seriously! Then they locked my card and I had to wait until I got back to US before I could unlock it! Told me it was my fault for not telling them "officially" that I was leaving the US even though I called to ask them if it would work in Ireland AND there is no such directive on their website! TOTAL SCAM! Cancelling this crapola card ASAP!
